Renovations to our home began mid-March 2008 and were completely for move in on July 3, 2008.

Sierra Construction played an extensive role in a lengthy planning process from plans that were developed by us and David Nelson, a Kenora Architect. Jamie Minor was extremely helpful and insightful in ensuring that the plans were followed to fit our original objectives and projected costs. Throughout the entire project any additions or deletions were well communicated, consulted and resolved immediately.

While the renovations were completed before we moved into our house, daily care and clean up of all materials at the end of each day made it easy for us to visit the house and observe the progress. The excellent tradespeople were all very pleasant, polite and professional at all times. Any concerns that were encountered were communicated directly to Jamie and promptly back to us for resolution. As stressful as renovations could potentially be, we never felt worried or concerned with the daily progress.

Sierra Construction performed out first major renovations project together as a family and we undoubtedly trust them as a team of professionals. The home is over a hundred years old and the detailing (all of the trim that was fully restored and replaced) is as beautiful as the original woodwork. The care and concern shown by all of the employees has convinced us that we would contact Sierra Construction for any future renovations to our home.
